Dream Day Ventures focuses on administrative support, organizational design, and workforce development with services targeting four core client demographics:
* New entrepreneurs needing assistance in developing business policies and practices
* Existing businesses interested in capacity building for staff and enhancing operational efficiency as it pertains to internal and external communication protocols
* Grassroots nonprofit organizations needing extra assistance as they evaluate effectiveness and strategize opportunities for growth
* Schools, youth centers, and nonprofit organizations interested in offering workforce readiness programs to their youth
Services include administrative support, operational set up and enhancements, marketing assistance, communication workshops, and more.
My vision is to see every client arrive at the moment of elation when they see their dreams come true. As a result of their success, children, families, and whole communities will be nourished and revitalized by the products and services provided by their businesses.
