As you settle comfortably, the magical resonance of crystal singing bowls fills the air, their ethereal tones weaving a tapestry of tranquility. Each note reverberates through your being, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and inner reflection. Allow the vibrations to flow through you, releasing tension and inviting a sense of renewal with every breath.

 

As the sound bath progresses, the frequencies shift and evolve, mirroring the cycle of rebirth and growth inherent in the spring season. Each attendee will receive beautiful, hand-poured spring candles and an affirmation card that will help you to integrate your sound bath experience.
