Judge Addie Marica Harris Rawls, a trailblazing jurist, minister, and community leader, will serve as the keynote speaker for the Leadership Johnston Graduation. As the first elected African American District Court Judge for North Carolina’s Eleventh Judicial District, Judge Rawls has dedicated her life to justice, service, and faith. Her inspiring journey reminds us that with God, all things are possible.
