As a professional business woman, it is imperative that we acknowledge the gap and then work to find ways to bridge the gap.   Even when living in the same area, we are from diverse experiences, be it race, gender, culture, or lifestyle preference.

Join us on Friday, March 9th to listen to distinguished speakers who will help us acknowledge what we know, open our eyes to what we were not aware of, and how to bridge that gap.

Our day will include formal networking time, two major speakers with interactive learning sessions, a celebration for women like us who will be receiving up to $3,000 worth of scholarships and a time to fellowship with one another.

Keynote Speaker
Sonia Aranza, Global Diversity & Inclusion Strategist

Respected by her colleagues, she is a Past Chairperson of the Diversity Professional Experts Group of the National Speakers Association and is on the board of several organizations. She has received numerous awards for her work and has been featured in local, national and international publications. Ms. Aranza actively mentors college students and emerging leaders. Here’s what was said about last year’s conference:

  • “This was great and I need more!   Next year, make it a whole day event of growing!”
  • “This was a wonderful program!   I hope to use this information to motivate and inspire others in the future to foster a culture of change!”
  • With this program, “I explored myself!  I’ve been struggling within lately.   This conference shed a little light on areas of my darkness, so that I truly think I can find out how to grow.”
  • “Self-reflection is key!  You can’t help others if you haven’t evaluated yourself.”
  • I learned to “leverage your strengths to follow your passion and drive to my purpose.”
